Returns and Exchange Policy

At NATURALHAIRROCKSS LTD , our primary goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and overall experience. We are committed to delivering only the highest quality protective styling units, and we uphold rigorous quality control to ensure each product meets our exceptional standards.


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:


  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.


  • The product must not be altered in any way, including but not limited to being brushed out, cut, colored, or bleached.


  • The product must not have been worn.


  • Exchanges must be initiated within [number of days, e.g., 14 days] of receiving the product.


For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns if the product has been worn or tampered with. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the criteria mentioned above.


In the unlikely event that there is a defect or issue with your product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.


We highly encourage customers to carefully review product details, including sizing and specifications, before completing their purchase. Please note that our protective styling units are designed to provide optimal quality, and any discrepancies resulting from customer mishandling or misuse are not eligible for exchange.

Please take note of the following details regarding exchanges:


  • To initiate an exchange, kindly email us at info@naturalhairrockss.com with the subject line "Exchange Request: [Your Order Number]" and attach a copy of your invoice for reference.


  • Allow at least 15 business days from the date you receive your item for us to process your exchange request.


  • Exchanges can only be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time frame,


  • Clearance items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.


  • Shipping costs for returning the item and shipping the exchanged item from our warehouse to you are the responsibility of the customer. Natural Hair Rockss does not cover any shipping costs.


  • Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we are unable to offer cash refunds.


  • Please note that delivery fees paid during the original transaction are non-refundable.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted as orders are processed immediately and cannot be altered. We encourage you to double-check your order details before submitting to ensure accuracy.


SHIPPING POLICY

At NaturalHairRockss Ltd, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner. However, please be aware that our wigs are handcrafted by local stylists, so there may be occasional fluctuations in processing times due to the nature of the work.

Please take note of the following shipping details:

  • Global Shipping Available

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days


  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days after processing (via Aramex)


  • Expedited Shipping: 4-8 business days after processing (via DHL)


  • Shipping Carriers:


    • Standard Shipping: Aramex


    • Expedited Shipping: DHL


    • Note: Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s import regulations, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.


  • Delivery Address: Ensure that you provide a valid shipping address, phone number, and email address at checkout. This ensures that we can reach you if there are any issues with your delivery.



CUSTOMS DUTY & REFUSED DELIVERY POLICY

At NaturalHairRockss Ltd, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers. However, please note the following regarding customs duties and refused deliveries:


  1. Customs Duties:

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the customs regulations of your country.


    • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full in order for the shipment to be released and delivered.


    • NaturalHairRockss Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs procedures in your country.


  2. Refused Delivery:

    • If you refuse your delivery or fail to pay any applicable customs duties and taxes, the package will be returned to us, and you will incur additional charges for return shipping.


    • In such cases, we will charge you for any re-shipping costs if you choose to have the order sent again.


    • Please be aware that the original shipping fee paid is non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and re-shipping fees.


  3. Uncollected Parcels:

    • If your parcel is uncollected from the carrier or delivery service within the specified period, and it is returned to us, NaturalHairRockss Ltd will not be responsible for the return shipping costs, and no refund will be provided.


    • A re-shipping fee will apply if you wish to have the package resent.
